I'm unsure why you offer and advertise "GM Rewards Points," when customers are given reasons why they can't use them. I've earned about 28K points and had to pay $73 for an oil change yesterday. If you can't honor the points earned, I would not falsely advertise this "incentive." Not happy.

Booked an Oil Change online, the price shown online was not even close to what I was quoted at the dealership. When I asked how much it would be, the answer was ABOUT x amount of $$$, how is it ABOUT? Just give me a straight answer. I had a 15% off coupon that wasn't applied to the total, the math didn't add up, service rep admitted that he forgot to add it. Discount applied, but I can't read my receipt, math still didn't add up, but I let it go, I had other things/places to go that day.

Not much to really talk about.So ever since I bought my 2019 Silverado,2 months later I started having trouble with the transmission not shifting properly. when you would approach a stop light and it would start down shifting when it would get to low gear it would slam into that gear.Not every time but as it went on it would happen more often.So 4 trips to your dealership 1 to another Chevy dealership back to yours and finally the transmission mech agreed there was a problem and temp fixed it...lasted 4 months now my latest visit to you folks your answer to the problem was it will cost you $265 to recalibrate it and theres no guarantees it will take care of the problem. What ??? So further looking into this come to find out Chevy is aware that the 2019 transmissions are junk but not willing to fix the problem.I am being told that a 2018 or a 2020 trans won't work in my truck.Supposedly won't marry up.I find that VERY hard to believe the transmissions change that much in a yr. So I bought this truck and pd $60 some thousand dollars with you people and now I'm stuck with a vehicle that I will never be able to sell because of a faulty trans that Chevy won't stand behind.Very poor business in my opinion.S that was my experience .

Dellenbach Service was super helpful in a complete rebuild of my 2000 Corvette’d AC system. I was able to provide 90% of the parts required and Stuart put together an estimate that was spot on … including a radiator and water pump replacement. Really appreciate Dellenbach allowing me to provide my own parts to save some dollars on this expensive project. After 30 years with Dellenbach Service and Sales, I couldn’t be happier! The Volt tech was sick my first day in. However, the next day he was there, did a full diagnosis and the part came earlier than anticipated. He got all the work done on my car, gave me a rental for the day which was amazing. (My looks can be tricky cause I don’t dress like money) was very happy and they even topped fluids off to boot. Thanks guys for a phenomenal experience, beat mechanics I’ve ever been to.

I added a transmission inspection to the list online. When I arrived, they told me that the transmission guy was 10 days out. That’s fine, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time because now I have to make another appointment to go back and I live 30 minutes away. I was also never told that my oil change was finished and I had to call back at 4:45 to see if my truck was ready. No one responded to my text from the number that they sent me to text with questions. Usually I enjoy taking my truck here but this time it was a pretty frustrating experience

Brought vehicle in for service and have the tailgate checked. The step down would not open. I showed the service writer what the problem was. I was notified the truck was ready for pickup. When I showed up I was told a rock was stuck and it shot across the shop. This pretty amazing, considering that was not the problem. In addition I have a $1500 body repair that I didn’t do. Pretty amazing I end up with a more expensive service than when I arrived. In addition besides this issue for me having to repair damage I didn’t do to my vehicle it took over two weeks to schedule. It maybe time to take my vehicle to another dealer to get service done on our vehicles. Have a great day. Mike

There was absolutely no communication. If we wanted any information we had to call in and was often on a long wait to them be told “we will look into things and get right back to you”, only to never receive a follow up. We were without a vehicle for two weeks with no offer of a rental and when we asked were again told “ we will look into options and get back to you”, never to get a call or vehicle. Bryan never returned calls and we then reached out to the manager, Matt, who helped for only a day. He provided an update but then he too didn’t continue to communicate. This experience not only was a high inconvenience but a financial burden from not having a second vehicle to supporting our household needs. Very disappointed in the your company’s customer service.

I am very disappointed in the customer services provided while you are waiting for the work to get done. Year after year, little things are being removed from the pleasant and outstanding wait time. Michaela wasn’t concerned about the trouble that I was having with my vehicle. She was more concerned about getting money from me when I had an extended warranty she claims she couldn’t find then charge me $600 instead of the 199 that she quoted me when I tried to talk to her and confront her about it she was very unprofessional and lacked customer service! I have never had such a horrible experience at Dellenbach Chevrolet. This was my dealership and after dealing with her, I am looking for somewhere else to go because I am not just a piggy bank. I am a person that has a life and a soul! And I have an extended Warranty that she didn’t want to honor! Then when I was going to pick up my vehicle, I came with my EV and there’s no courtesy charging at the store in which I bought the EV from! Not to mention that all the sales reps food and not over my wife and couldn’t keep their eyes to themselves like a bunch of old perverted men. I’m not sure what happened to the supervision and leadership that once was at this place, but it has went to the toilet with all the new changes.

Work done was fine, I'm happy there. The overall experience was not good at all. I've had good experiences previously, so I'll chalk it up to a 1-off and hope for a better experience next time. If this had been my first time interacting with the dealership, I would definitely not be back based on how it went. Called on a Friday to set up an appointment. Called, because previously when I had set up an appointment online it was not in the system when I showed up. Was told "someone will book it" for the following Thursday. Didn't receive any confirmation, so I called on Tuesday. Was told the appointment didn't exist. Was told they could still get me in for the time on Thursday I was expecting. Got a confirmation after the call saying the appointment was for Friday instead, at a different time. Called in, it got moved to Thursday, for real. Got a confirmation. Thursday morning got an email that it was rescheduled by a half hour. Not a big deal, but handled strangely. Work was performed without contacting me. That was fine, since it was a simple hose reconnect and clearing of error codes I would have approved anyway, but again strangely handled. I've never had vehicle service performed where I was not contacted and at least told what was going on. Communicated by text as I drove to pick it up, just trying to get clarification on whether the check engine light issue was fully resolved. Got a response the next morning of "yes of course" which could be interpreted in a few different ways. All is well that ends well I guess.

Pretty upset with my service yesterday. They checked my cabin air filter (which I never have them replace) and they broke my glove box. It won’t stay shut anymore. I didn’t notice it until I got home and opened my glove box that afternoon and then it wouldn’t shut. I called to talk to someone and the lady put me on hold and just sent me to voicemail. Also, the last time I brought my car in, and PAID for a tire rotation, they never rotated my tires. They also moved my seat all over the place and didn’t bother putting it back, which is something they should not do to someone’s car when they are simply driving it just from a parking spot into the service bay. I’m pretty upset with how much the service department has gone downhill over the years. There’s no respect for other peoples property and the fact that they tried to cover up that they broke my glove box is infuriating and I would like this remedied ASAP

I arrived promptly for my 9:00 appointment. The service writer said the computer system wasn't working and it didn't load the day's appointments. They had no idea why I was there. I explained everything so she could update the system. I came in for my one year 2025 Equinox EV check up plus I had a bad tire pressure sensor. A tire rotation and a quick multipoint safety check was all that was expected. The sensor has been intermittent since day one. I had it looked at during my 90 day check up. It worked for a while but then it has been intermittent since January 2025. After waiting for almost three hours, I was told that the tires were rotated but the sensor wasn't repairable, plus GM had issued a bulletin (not a recall) that said all four sensors should be replaced. I was told I would have to reschedule the work and give them at least another 4 hours to complete the work. I rescheduled for the following morning. When I checked in the following morning with a different service writer, he looked at my vehicle's information and said the he wasn't aware that anything needed to be updated on my particular vehicle. Once again, I explained the entire situation. He said he'd look into it and get back with me. Within a hour, the service writer, Abel, came to me and said the problem with the bad sensor had been resolved and there was no need to replace the others. I was good to go. After getting home, I questioned the validity of the first service writer's assertion that GM suggested that all four sensors be replaced yet next person I talked to had a different approach. I texted Abel for an explanation. He said "...today my EV tech was not as busy as he was yesterday so that might have been one of the reasons, but we did get the problem solved." He didn't say anything about GM's bulletin or address my concerns. That comment seemed to indicate that IF the EV tech wasn't so busy the day before, he might have been able to fix the problem yesterday and I wouldn't have wasted my time on a second trip to get sensors replaced that I didn't need to get replaced. I was totally confused and frustrated by the different approach each of the service writers took. Which one do I believe? Which one do I trust? Apparently there is a GM bulletin out on the Equinox EV that the service department doesn't quite know how to interpret or put to into action. Let alone explaining it to a customer. I was sent away with the sense that I was just to ignore GM's bulletin. However, I'm sure they put it out for a reason. I then texted Abel again to explain the GM bulletin, what it says and asked how I should proceed? I have yet to receive a response after two days. I'm still in the dark as to the best GM maintenance or preventative maintenance guidelines I should be aware of or pay attention to. At least you had free hot chocolate.

I brought my car in for a bumper-to-bumper inspection as I just bought the car used and wanted to make sure it was working properly. The woman working the front desk was very friendly and professional and quoted me at a 3 hour wait. I waited in the customer lounge, which was cozy, and used their free internet to get some work done on my laptop. After only an hour and a half, I was called back to the front as my car was done! I got a fairly detailed summary of my car report and was back on the road much earlier than I was expecting. I will definitely be back when it's needed!

It was a frustrating experience because I had the part ordered and received a confirmation email that it was there and waiting but somehow this got missed during the appointment. This was not communicated to the team and I was originally charged for an extra hour of labor. Also, I was planning on going home while the work was being done and I was told somebody would shortly bring the filter to me to ask if it needed to be changed. But since it looked good, nobody came to me so I ended up staying and waiting the whole time the car was being serviced. Communication was poor. I hate having to advocate for myself in these situations, but at least some of the charges got reduced, even though the error and miscommunication was on your part.

Dropped of Chevrolet Colorado for routine service.......oil change and tire rotation. Dellenbach employees determined there was no reason to rotate the tires ("not enough tread left....needs tires very soon.") I was surprised that a service adviser did not verbally mention tire tread, or that a rotation was not performed. It is on the invoice however.

I cost $649.74 and it was not fixed. I got home and hooked up the horse trailer and the running light came on. I tested the plug on the back of the truck and the running light pin was still hot. I am setting up a appointment to get it fixed. The lift drivers were great.

Ordinarily good but this time, not so much. We always have been satisfied here but this time it was said the brakes were to ‘near-metal’ and the rotors, with the pads, needed replaced. We declined the service to save costs and replace them ourselves. When we pulled the wheels off to replace the pads and rotors, we found the pads were only halfway worn, and measured the rotors to only be 15 thousands (0.015”) out. Far from being worn. VERY disappointed in the tech(s) in an attempt to get non essential services. They did however resolve the issue that needed attention, or else I’d give only one star. Wondering how many people were, for lack of better term, scammed, into unnecessary service…Wish I could’ve given a better report. Hope this gets quickly resolved

I was low on coolant, while dripping off the vehicle I asked if checking all fluids was a routine procedure or an extra cost. Either way I let him now I was low on coolant and requested a top off. I was disappointed that the mechanics not only didn’t check other fluids during my oil change but disregarded my request to add coolant . Other than that I was grateful to get the car in and out in a timely manner
